위 금액은 법정 상한입니다. 실제 중개보수는 상한 이내에서 중개사와 협의해 정하며, 부가가치세는 별도입니다(중개사무소가 일반과세자면 10%, 간이과세자면 더 낮은 세율). 오피스텔은 전용면적 85㎡ 이하 + 전용 입식 부엌·수세식 화장실·목욕시설을 갖춘 경우에만 고정요율(매매 0.5%, 임대차 0.4%)이 적용되고, 그 외에는 0.9% 이내 협의입니다.
